- May 10: The Mother's Day Barn Dance at Riley's Farm
- May 11: Mother's Day Tea at Los Rios Rancho
- May 16-18: Iris Festival with flowers, crafts and entertainment by United Blues, Outta the Blue and possibly th Yucaipa High School Madrigals. No tickets necessary, just mark your calendar.
- June 7: Hometown Jamboree with Riley's Mountaineers at Los Rios Rancho
- June 5-8: Cherry Festival in Beaumont. Check out this week's News Mirror for $5 off the price of wristbands. There will be lots of music all weekend! Presale tickets available through June 7 at the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce, Beaumont Civic Center, The Record Gazette and Arrowhead Credit Union.

- May 9-10: Crafton Hills College Presents Club Noir, 8pm, $5 students, $10 general
"Crafton Hills Theatre in transformed into a Club set in the 40's, the style of the show is similar to recent graphic novels. Think Sin City meets Chicago live on the Crafton stage. They'll be Dancing to songs like Fever, Peter Gunn and Stem Heatand others, live jazz singers singings songs like "One for my baby" and "Blues in the Night" and gritty dialogue performed by the darkest of characters Club Noir will be choreographed by Stephanie Gomez and directed by Tom Bryant. The highlight of the evening is Nightmare's Kiss a dance theater piece by Frank Palmer and Tom Bryant."
